Cucumber and wakame salad
2 cucumbers
2 wakame stripes
2 tea spoons of roasted sesame seeds
Roasted sesame oil
The juice of ½ lemon
Preparation
Peel the cucumber. Cut it in half and then in thin diagonal
slices. Soak the seaweed for 5 minutes and then cut in fine stripes. Mix the
seaweed and the cucumber. Mix the oil, the lemon juice and the sesame seeds and
season the cucumber and seaweed.
